Thank you for shopping with ElvisClock. Each unit is made-to-order and carefully prepared to make sure it arrives in perfect condition.

Processing Time

As every ElvisClock is a custom-made collectible, orders enter our production queue as soon as they're placed. Production time varies depending on demand and current queue length. You will receive a confirmation email once your order enters the final stages, and a tracking number as soon as it ships.

We recommend ordering early if you're planning to gift it — early orders are always prioritised.

Shipping Time

Once your order leaves our facility, standard tracked delivery takes 4–7 business days to arrive at your doorstep.

- Every package is fully tracked and securely shipped.

- If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us at ElvisClock@outlook.com immediately with your order number. We can only update details if your order has not yet entered final production.

Delays

Occasional delays outside our control (carrier, customs, weather, high demand periods) can affect delivery windows. We appreciate your patience — these clocks are worth the wait, and every unit is checked for quality before it ships.
